  • Economic conditions: Parking places are expensive and taking precious pieces of land. Cars are private properties. We take

  • Removing and relocating parking spaces is making places for people. It’s like the reverse action of urbanization where people live

  • A car is private space.

  • Parking lot is for mobility. It’s a physical connector between our place to live and the place to work, play and study.

  • A parking lot is a place where we own a piece of land for our convenience. If we take this type of freedom away, what do we replace?One parking spot is approximately $2000~$3000 to build.
